We do not own building land, but we will be pleased to help you looking for a suitable plot in line with your wishes, if you don't have already your own bulding plot. For this purpose we have an overview of building land for sale. (see : An overview of projects we can offer you).
When designing and building the house of your dreams, we consider what you want, on the one hand, and the local building requirements on the other hand. We can offer you a few basic concepts to begin with.

The building land
The size and location determine the price of a piece of land. Please let us know your wishes via E-mail. (e-mail).
As a rule we can say that land with an ocean view is scarcer and therefore more expensive per m². In general land with an ocean view is smaller than land with a country view.
It goes without saying that large building sites are more expensive than small ones. Besides, the larger the vacant land, the more extensive (and thus more expensive) maintenance is.
You can find building plots between 42.100 Euro and 173.000 Euro.
The building
The cost per m² is strongly dependent on the degree of finishing. For a good, standard of finishing you should allow 700 Euro (to be increased with 17% VAT).
Because with a SEUROBRIC house you are investing in durable materials, the share of material cost in the total price of the building is higher than that of a traditional house. However, this difference will be largely compensated by a lower labour time, thus lower labour cost.
In general we can say that the cost of a SEUROBRIC house is comparable to that of a well-constructed traditional building. However, the features of both houses are fundamentally different. With a Seurobric house you will save energy and maintenance costs and you will be investing in quality for the future. This gives a better resale value, and you enjoy a greater user-comfort.
